mindinmotionperform.com is a wellness provider that offers a wide range of services to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. We specialize in training clients in fitness programs using applied neurology and neuroplasticity.

1-on-1 sessions are $100 and I will drive to you within 5 miles of Rochester, Michigan or I can do the session virtually.

There is a $25 fee for travel up to 10 miles, $50 for travel up to 20 miles. 

You can prepay for 5 or 10 sessions for a lower rate/session.

This is entirely up to your goals! I can do ongoing sessions or set up a program and do monthly sessions. 

Applied neurology is the practical application of neuroscience principles to assess, optimize, and improve the functional communication between the brain and body to enhance movement, performance, and overall well-being.

I will discuss your goals with you then evaluate your current status. From there we will use applied neurology to perform exercises to reach your maximum potential.
